On Easter Sunday, St. Patrick's Parish in North Park offered parishioners the opportunity to have the Risen Christ arrive at their homes.
Fr. Carlos invited the community watching parish Masses through live stream to submit their home addresses and phone numbers for a visit. Because of social distancing guidelines, the Blessed Sacrament would be brought to each home, and parishioners were encouraged to remain on their front porches or doorways and to not make their neighbors aware of the vehicle arriving lest crowds form.
The initiative was the brainchild of Fr. Carlos, and Fr. Max had the idea of renting a convertible car for the day to make Jesus more fully present and visible to the parioshioners of St. Patricks and the community of North and South Park in San Diego.

Some lay partners of the Augustinians are affiliated to the Order as a result of the recognition of their devotion and service to and on behalf of the Order. Affiliation is the highest honor that the Order is able to grant to others as it makes those who are affilated a member of the Order of St. Augustine.
Recently Augustinians Kirk Davis, Mike Bube, Mike McFadden, Fernando Lopez, Gary Rye and Jim Retzner; all having ministered in Ojai at either St. Tomas Aquinas Church or Villanova Prep were able to attend and give thanks to Mr. Joseph Silvestri.
